RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
Overview: All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer's packaging and comes with the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise posted. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Items with free shipping are offered for ease and convenience and have a shipping charge imputed into the total cost. All price and payments must be in US currency.
Product Warranty: All products we sell are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty information is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. We include such information in the product details for each item, whenever available. The manufacturer warrants their products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Repair or replacement may be issued for any product which is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty.
Wholesale Returns & Restocking Fees: We only accept returns of merchandise that is damaged, incorrect upon arrival and defected. We only accept returns for items that are 100% in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging and manuals. You must contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of the merchandise with the reason for the return. Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] is issued, all merchandise with the original invoice along with all contents, packing materials is are shipped back to us. Coupons/discount offered at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods: If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Crov Distribution within 10 days of receipt for inspection.
Canceling/Changing Your Order: Due to our size and efficient fulfillment, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours.
Undeliverable, Unauthorized or Refused Returns: Crov Distribution will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Shipments without a Return Merchandise Authorization
Return Instructions: Please call us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 14 business days after issue and must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Any returns must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging and manuals. We reserve the right to charge up to a 35% restock fee or refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. All returns must also be packed in an outer shipping carton with the RA written on the shipping label. Please do not write anything on the outer box – only on the label.
Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method used in a charge.
